Do you encorporate the "bait & switch" tactic on your items?
What some online retailers like to do is list their products at incredibly low prices to entice the buyer into purchasing the items(s). After the purchase though, you'll get notification indicating that the item is sold out, but they can get the same item back in stock in a day or two...but the item will be at a much higher price. They're counting on you to really want this item and need it ASAP, so that you will then pay the higher price! At Passion Beauty Supply Ltd, we DO NOT practice this "bait & switch" tactic. The price listed, is what we will sell it for.
What payment options are available?
Purchases made on our website offer a range of payment possibilities, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. For added convenience, we can also facilitate payments through online bill payment, or e-transfer. Please get in touch with us directly to discuss these payment options.
Are there any options for leasing, or financing a purchase?
Yes, we have a finance option for our customers. Please see our Financing page for more information.
Do you deal with and/or sell to Schools?
Yes, we sell to schools all the time, so we understand how the purchase process goes - ie. providing a formal Sales Quote quote beforehand, so that proper approval can be requested; or that available grant opportunities can be applied for.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes! If you are a local buyer, we encourage you to visit our warehouse/showroom in Winnipeg, MB to pick up your order. Depending on the size of the order, customers often use a pickup truck, or rent a U-Haul style vehicle with a covered area in case of inclement weather.
Are upholstery color swatches available?
Yes, we can provide upholstery swatch samples for most of the vinyl/leatherette color options we have available. We highly encourage you to request swatch samples if you’re looking for a very specific color for your salon, spa, or barbershop seating. The colors viewed on our website are meant to be a representation of the actual product color. However, due to differences in device screen quality and color, the colors may not be exact to how the color will appear in person.
Do your salon chairs (or any other vinyl covered products such as barber chairs, shampoo systems, stools, etc.) stain?
Ultimately, hair color will stain just about ANYTHING – including vinyl/leatherette. Stains are much more noticeable on lighter colors than they are on darker colors. If you do get color on any product, we suggest wiping the color off immediately then using a 2 parts vinegar to 1 part water solution. You can also try using Ship-Shape Cleaner.
Are custom colors available?
Typically, we are able to provide custom color combinations using options from our available swatch guides. Additional fees may apply.
What happens if I order a shampoo unit and I don't like the sprayer unit that it comes with? Can it be exchanged?
Yes, depending on the shampoo unit model, spray handle units can be swapped, but additional charges will apply.
Can hydraulic bases and/or footrests be swapped?
Yes, in certain instances, hydraulic bases and footrests on styling chairs can be swapped, but additional charges may apply.
